Your initial consultation should be whenever you know what your colors (and theme) are. It's best to book the date for consultation as early as you can, as this gets the ball rolling and, when confirmed, blocks the date for the wedding. We only do one large wedding a weekend so we have all the time to give it the attention it deserves, so when the date is booked, it's booked.
